Building a villa in phuket

We are a dutch couple who want to move to phuket. We found a very nice land-plot in kalim, and want to design and build our own villa over here.

We are looking for other expats that have done the same, and have experience with phuket building contractors(or property developers), and want to share their experience.

Or if you know any reliable building contractor or property developer, we would be delighted to receive your response!
