Pending Appeal request

Dear team,

My name is Jhalak Nema, I need the suggestion/advice on my current status of appeal request. Appeal decision to refuse my visa application from the Maltese Embassy in India which I received on 16 Feb 2023 through an official post. I submitted the original document through email, but unfortunately they are not responding to the email. After that my employer submitted the appeal form to the Immigration appeal board valletta on 9 May 2023, but since then I haven’t heard anything from the Board. I also tried to reach the team over the phone multiple times with no luck.

It's going to be more than 5 months since I left my job to pursue this job opportunity with XXXX in Malta. I am running out of time and opportunity and don’t want to lose this opportunity.

I have secured an offer from XXXX in September, 2022 after that I have received my Principal in application letter in November, 2022 but because of Visa appointment issues again I have waited for a long time and in February, 2023 since this is the first time for me to going through all these and now, I am stuck with visa refusal and its appeal process
