MY WORK PERMIT GOT REJECTED

This rejection wording usually is an indication that there is something seriously wrong with the applicant - and he will not get a work pass under any circumstance.

If you cannot find out the rejection reason and address (i.e. remove) it, you better start looking for jobs in other countries!

Hi just need advise about this
I resigned my Job and give my notice 1 month in my company my company accepted it, on my last day my company even gave me Certificate of Employment. The reason is i got new company offer when they try to apply me i got received a Rejection and say “ this applicant not eligible for Work pass. Please look for another candidate “ When i pass my Certificate of employment to my new employer then they decided to make an appeal” will it help my application? Whats your advice about this

If you read old threads here, we have said numerous times that till your new work pass gets approved, you shouldn’t inform to your existing employer. The reason is pretty clear that you never know whether your current work-pass application gets approved or not. So, you made a big mistake by resigning your current employer without new visa approval.

Now coming back to your question, it won’t make much impact to show your current experience certificate to MoM but nevertheless your new employer may not appeal because MoM says you are no longer eligible for work pass.

If your new employer appeals, will be drilled by MoM as why did the employer appeal when MoM clearly says the candidate is no longer eligible for workpass.

Now, you are in very tough situation and chances are likely you may have to leave Singapore. Good luck
