I don't know if link sharing is prohibited here, but as can be seen in the screenshot below, the relevant shopping website has suspended my account.
All I did was ask a user about the property 
This doesn't seem normal to me, I don't understand why I get blocked because it's my first time sending a private message to a user on a website
The main reason for my curiosity is that none of my accounts have been suspended in my country for similar or any reason.
