Hi guys! I need an advice, 2 days ago my car was parked in adliya. When i was about to go to work i noticed that my side mirror was shattered to pieces. Someone hit my side mirror and just fled without leaving his/her number. So i had no choice but to get it fixed from my own pocket (25 BD).

After a day our watchman from our building talked to my flatmate that he saw the man who hit my car. So he gave me all the details like number and pictures of the accident. So we tried calling him hoping to reimburse the amount of what i have paid in the workshop. He then starts saying that the amount is not the "market amount" it is only 15 or 10 bd. So in conclusion, he does not want to pay it. I have the invoice stating the amount which i have paid.

I want to know if it is worth the headache to file for a report? Or just leave it. The way he responds to our texts as if he is mocking us. So i am a bit pissed off and frankly, want to give him a lesson.

Needs your advise guys.

It's not worth it. Waste of time for such a small amount.

@XTang Hello, I need your help,

On Saturday night I got accident in traffic light trying to Skip orange light and knocked someone car, it was just a minor accident because no one was affected but I hit a front light, so today I was called for the case at Muharraq security complex and they told me either to pay 500bhd in cash or to send me to court

@XTang am so confused because even I don't have money to give them,

Anyone who can help me on how I can overcome this situation please!! Because I was told that if I go to court, I will pay more than 1000bhd
