IQAMA TRANSFER

Hi, good evening, I was terminated from my current company just 5 days before, I have been worked two years this company.I got new offer from another company. I request for transfer, HR Told me wait for one week let finish end of service and final settlement once finalize then,  informed to new company upload new contract in qiwa then we carryout transfer process. But my reporting manager told me you inform new employer upload your new contract then you accept the contract then our hr will accept your request. But same time manager told me, you wait for notice period this may be one month or two month. Kindly advice which one is correct. During my first time Iqama transfer, qiwa accepted from my previous company, my iqama was transferred to current (terminated) company. then after new iqama came, then i received my final settlement amount.  So kindly advice

1.For qiwa process need to wait for final settlements. then only accept my 2.iqama transfer request.

3.For Iqama transfer how long it will take.

4.In my termination case how much i can get end of service.

5.If more delay in Iqama transfer, What i can do?

     kindly advice me please.
