student permit to work permit conversion

Hello all,

I was a student in Bari and found a work in Turin before my graduation.  So I have requested conversion of student visa to work visa online in the website of Prefettura Torino by submitting the Modello V2. (I was working part time with the same company which offered me a full time job offer, while waiting for my visa to get converted to work visa.) I have sent my application 2 months ago but I still did not hear back from the prefettura of Turin. I wrote them several emails and still have no response. When I met them in person, they told that my application was sent to Prefettura of Bari and that I should request a transfer of the application from Bari to Turin since I live and work in Turin. (P.S: I have already changed all my documents to Turin). For the transfer request, I have sent several emails to Bari Prefettura and I am still waiting for a response.

My problem is that my student visa, which I possess right now, is going to expire on October 10th and I do not know what I can do if I don't have the  update before my visa expires. can someone who has experience with such issues guide me?
