I'm new to expat.com. Will move to Qatar in 30 - 60 days for work.
Is there actually any life during the day, or does the heat make typical out & about unbearable?
How practical is Metro? Does Uber / Lyft operate in Doha?
Can ExPats buy / stock beer or liquor for personal consumption in their homes/apts?
