Hello suerob2, and welcome to expat.com.

Have you tried removing the hyphen? Try SUE ANN, or SUEANN. I do know, from reports from expat.com members, that names containing an apostrophe (e.g. O'BRIEN) must be submitted without the apostrophe, and no space (ie. OBRIEN).

A recently joined member had a similar issue with their application, here. Unfortunately we have not heard back from that member as to whether they had rectified the problem.

Please let the forum know of the work-around you find for this. Other members, and casual readers of the forum alike, will benefit from your experience.

Again, welcome to expat.com. Hope to hear of your successful application soon.
