How to check any travel ban or police case ?

Hi to @xtang poluce station calling my friend yesterday and her idiea who did complain to her is his landlord renting room and she is affraid to answer the call and to go in police station what will gone happen if she will not go?

She has to go.  IF she doesn't then things will get worse.

I m a bahraini and its been 5 years i had 2 issues .. i have zain due bills which i tried to clear by paying 550bd in 2019 which was actual due amount but they charged me more and more and said its still 850bd more..i couldn't pay untill now..2nd i had a car loan from bahrain credit..i paid my installments 2 yeara then they took my car also and asked me to pay 2700nd which i couldn't pay..i m sick and want ro travel for medical purpose..i checked travel ban there is no ban..but still i m scared if they stop me on airport what to do??

You will only find out when you try to leave.  You don't seem to have a court ordered ban.  But immigration bans can only be checked via NPRA.

Hi I have a friend who signed a blank page from his previous employer way back 2020 and he received a message from central bank that a specific amount has been blocked. Even though he didnt take anything. He went to expat protection and they had him explain everything in a paper and submit and waited. He got himself a lawyer in 2022 and the lawyer was able to reopen the case and remove the travel banned (as per him) but that lawyer already left the country and said to be not coming back here in Bahrain anymore.  As of now my friend's visa and all are fine. But basically he was left hanging.  If you could recommend a good lawyer, to proceed with the case he will appreciate it. The last info that the lawyer said was it will be on my friend's hands now on how would he like to pay for it. But he didn't take money or anything to that previous company to be responsible for an amount that he didnt take in the first place. He was under the 3 months probation when he decided to leave that previous company, and this happened.

I was deported an check my ban status it showed I no verdict or judicial art preventing me from traveling please dose it mean I can come back to bahrain

You can try applying for a visa, if the visa get approved you can travel if it gets rejected then the ban is still on place.

You will get summons if case is filed in court. There is no travel ban right now. And even if the case goes to court, it has to be decided against you and the court has to order a ban for it to come into effect.

I received a summon from Bahrain court to appear in a week but I am not in Bahrain and I left company without informing them and went to Qatar.

Is there any issues, if I don't appear in the court

You can either appear or get a lawyer to reschedule the date.

If you don't do either, the judgement will be passed in your absence.

If someone files a fake case against me do I get a call from the police or will it be notify to me or how can I check weather there's a case against me

I sell my car to a person the deal was done fairly with the concern's of both the parties now after 2 weeks he is saying me to pay 300 BD back and the cost of the car was more than what I took or else he will file a cheating case against me is it possible for him to file a case against me and put in problem

Depends on the evidence.

@Sameer Shaikh57 Do you have any documents to prove that the sale was done? You may also visit a police station furnish any documents about the sale and inform them to get in touch with this person.

hello sir my friend just asked this question and I don’t know how to answer her because I’m not that sure here it is, she applied in Europe in Poland particularly, she has unpaid bank loan in Bahrain wayback 2013 for around 180BD left before she leave bahrain wayback 2014, and she has stop over in Dubai and Kuwait, is there any problems for her in this country dubai kuwait and qatar if she has unpaid loan in Bahrain? Hello sir good day, I have unpaid personal loan in Citibank bahrain I remember before I left the country wayback 2014 it’s from 500bd before I left bahrain it’s around 180bd my employer told me to exit and in 2 weeks he will send my visa but unfortunately he didn’t send my visa, that’s why can’t pay my remaining loan balance, and now I am traveling to Europe as working permit visa and we have stop over in Dubai, kuwait or qatar maybe, I just wanna is there any problem if I we have stop in these 3 gcc countries if I have unpaid loan in Bahrain, thank you sir have a good day!

For 180 bd, not likely.

Ask someone to visit NPRA with your passport copy to find out.

Hi..I want to ask you I have travel ban. My lawyer said it will take time to get an message from the court,then only I can travel.. but when checked in airport emigration they told there is no ban for me. How is this possible.. I'm waiting for the message to avoid they stopping me from traveling.. if the airport emigration shows no ban on you can I go even without the message from court. Please help

Can you reapply grace period of the company failed to apply for visa in time and exceeded number of times to apply visa .

Can you reply for grace period as the employer used some extensions and is it easy to exceed and reapply extension I heard 4 times is max

Visit LMRA they will guide you, usually it was 3times (90days) not sure if they would allow more.
