Hi I’m looking to move to Rotan. And starting a owner operated bike rental business and really need need advice? Some questions I have are.

How long will this take to establish? Will I be able to set up shop on the beach or will I have to rent a storefront.

How much do I expect attorney’s fees?

Will I be able to permanently relocate there? Where is the best place to get resources of information? What things can you share I’m not thinking of? Thank you so much for taking time to help someone who needs a new start.
