Permanent residency in Honduras

i would like to get permanent residency when I go to Honduras with my partner in a few years we have a baby together and I would like to get permanent residency in Honduras so I don’t have to keep getting a 90 day visa my partner is from Honduras I know you can apply under spouse but would we have to get married in Honduras while I’m on my 90 day visa and then apply from there. Do I need to hire an attorney to help me with all of this ? I’m still learning about how all of this works it’s so confusing to me

Best thing to do if laws change is contact a local immigration attourney. This way you will get current info on laws and recieve possobly better options
