Buying a motorcycle in Argentina and LEGALLY importing it to Paraguay?

Hello,

I am newly a resident of Paraguay (I come from EU). I need a motorcycle in Paraguay, however I fail to find the Chinese Voge bikes.

I would like to purchase a new / almost new LONCIN Voge 300 Rally in Argentina  and possibly ride it to the border and import it for my use in Paraguay.

Both countries - Argentina & Paraguay - are members of MERCOSUR. That should probably make the export / import easier and cheaper.

Question for somebody who has already done it - how do I go about importing an Argentinian motorcycle into Paraguay?

Do I need to prepare any papers in advance or can everything be done at the border?
