09/19/23 @ Badaj.  Good morning.  the VITEM XII visa is for participation in artistic or sports events and is usually based on the date of specific events.  Read the front of your visa carefully for any time limits on its use.

If you mean the VITEM XI, the family reunion visa, then again, read the front of the visa carefully.  If it contains the notation "First entry to Brazil within XX days", then you must meet that requirement; if there is no notation  setting a first entry deadline, then you'll be fine as long as you're in Brazil anytime during the year while the visa is valid.

@abthree it's vitem xii , not given a date on d visa, just my date on entry September 2023 to September 2024

Badaj

If that's all it says, then you should be ok.

I used an agent there to secure visa which he has a company over dere, so it name of the company it's stated at d visa , with d company registration no , and also they wrote visto temporario xii residencia

This is a little confusing.  Normally, the Brazilian Consulate in Lagos or at the Embassy in Abuja would have glued or taped your visa to a page in your passport.  It sounds like what you have is a document from this agent in Brazil.  What did he tell you to do next?

Badaj

It's glued on pp

Badaj

What I have my validity of my visa, type of my visa and the name of d company in brazil , they are glued on my pp

It sounds like you may be ok, then.  Good luck in Brazil.  Try to learn some basic Portuguese before you come:  it will help you a lot.
