Hi.

If you degree certificates are issued from Pakistan you have to get them attested from the Saudi Embassy and Foreign Affair of Pakistan.

For this purpose you will need the following;

1. Employment letter / contract from your employer in Saudi Arabia. (This letter should be attested from Chamber of Commerce and MoFA (Ministry of Foreign Affair) in KSA)
2. Submit letter stated above with your degree to your Saudi Emabssy in Pakistan. (it would be good to perform this through a travel/recruitment agent)

I have studied in Pakistan and working in Saudi Arabia. I have gone through degree attestation process and even my marriage and children birth certicates attestation process for family visa.

Your degrees from Pakistan need Saudi Embassy attestation with following sequence.

1. HEC Attestation
2. Foreign Office attestation
3. Saudi Culture attestation
4. Saudi Embassy attestation

Is it possible inside UK or not, I have no idea. However, In Pakistan it is very much doable.

In each big city like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad you can get attestations from their offices of HEC and Foreign Office. (This can be Done via Leopard Courier service also from other cities, but it will take time).

I know one agent from Karachi, from whom I got attestation of my degree, marriage certificates, birth certificates etc only by communication via phone and WhatsApp. I always couriered him my documents, and after attestation I transferred him money and he returned my documents attested.
