Exiting this year but qiwa is still active until 2024

My non renewal was approved already and will be exiting this Nov 2023. I was supposed to exit last Sept 2023 but bec I have a family with 1 year old son and my wife will end her contract this Nov 2023 as well thus the reason of my extend which was granted. My question is, if they will issue my exit visa, will that affect my exit in the airport? Do I have to pay bec my qiwa is still active that day? I have friends who has the same issue as mine and they paid a penalty. Please guide me. Thank you
