To become an actress in Germany, you must attend an acting school ("Schauspielschule").

These typically charge a school fee of around 4000€/semester and one of the admission criteria is, of course, good German language skills. Do you have those?

Yes, that's what I was writing about: "Ausbildung" (apprenticeship) as an actor is at special schools, called "Schauspielschule". Without sufficient language skills, you would not be able to follow the lessons and instructions - thus they only let you in if you speak German well.
