Hello everybody

I came already in philippine and come back in two weeks. I ll arrive with 30 days visa free , i finish my analyse for opening my french pastry in iloilo or bacolod. After i need to stay more at least 3 month more and would like to know if i can get easy in local BI a visa for staying 3 more month after my first 30 days. Thank you for answer

No! First you receive 29 days more,and after 59 days + ACR card.It's easy.

You can extend your visa at the airport.

You ask a waiver visa, so 29 days+30 days. I think you could get it from Philippines embassy too, just a waste of time in my opinion.

After you go to immigration office to extend for 2 more months.

I could only offer an opinion. Work visa, business registration, permits etc, etc. homework first, remember this is a third world country and protectionism, bureaucracy run rife here.

Yes as (I gather you are French) can avail 36 months visa renewals, 2 months or 6 months at main immi offices.

Given you have not been on this site for almost a month even though arriving here 2 weeks ago?
