Leasing/Renting Property out of the country resident

Post new topic

I'm a dual citizen US/Filipino, own a beach resort in the Philippines and wanted to have it rent or lease. Just wanted to know if someone in this forum already experienced this type of case. Any resources to verify about the qualifications of the prospects lessee/tenants and any Legal Forms Lease Agreement example under the Philippine Law and Requirements.

Greatly appreciated, Lori

Welcome to the forum Lori.

A few questions if that's ok?

Where is this beach resort located?

Lease or sell?

Figures and returns for the last 5/10 years?

Why are you looking to get out?

Cheers, Steve.

Sell it if you have health issues and focus there. Nett is that 1M pesos or US dollars?

Cheers, Steve.

Best thing about free advice is the price.

I would recommend you find a real estate agent to manage it for you. They are in country, maybe in/near Pangasinan and have all the means and experience.

I'll send a web site of real estate agenta in a direct message.

Hope you get well soon.

@lornacastro02 Hello Ms. Lorna. Im a real estate agent here in Pampanga. To be honest, I do not have an experience in managing a resort. But I have some people in mind that might be interested in renting it. I hope we can discuss. Thank you.

lornacastro02

Sure we can discuss. If you don't mind, will you let me know your email address so we can discuss it privately.

Thank you kindly,

Lorna
