I had to leave Egypt and my apartment is empty

So I'm looking to sell, ideally if someone is moving to Egypt and need somewhere that is a 2 to 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 200m² super lux apartment in a central and premium location of Sheikh Zayed city (3mins from Arkan, 2min from Americana, etc.). It's in the family buildings section, not government buildings.

I'm not sure if this is the best place but I don't know anywhere else that serves this need.

I'm in the UK now, hence why I'm looking for someone preferably who is looking to move in the UK so money transfer can be done outside of Egypt. I'm seeking below market value (2.7m EGP) to be transferred in the GBP equivalent (around £70,000 GBP), but I'm open to some negotiation.

I have someone there who can show the apartment to people who are interested.
