A full inspection of the property will be required to determine the extent of the degradation and what cleaning is required.

There are several things to consider.

Does the property have heritage status?
Are there any repairs to the stone that need to be done before?
Depending on the "dirt" which can be staining from metal, mold, pollutants etc the process would be different.
Are the walls crumbling, ie. creating dust or flaking?
Is the property located near water, as an example, is it located in the 3-Cities?
