Expired Iqama contract in Qiwa will end 2025

my iqama now is expired but the contract in qiwa will end on 2025. can i transfer easily? without notice of my current employer? it will be a problem?

It seems your iqama got recently expired.

Your kafeel should have renewed it before expiry or now, but it seems he hasn't done so for one reason or the other.

MAKE SURE YOUR KAFEEL HAS NOT REPORTED YOU AS HURROB ABSCONDER FROM WORK.

IF no huroob and you want to transfer now to a new kafeel, this is your golden chance.

No need Kafeel's agreement for your tranfer.

Just find a new kafeel and he does it online without resorting back to your kafeel or taking his agreement.

Again, note. Iqama should be expired. No huroob.

Only loss is your entltlements or end of service dues, these your kafeel may not pay you or make it difficult for you to claim etc. Keep this in mind.
