Looking for friends to see around cities . From 10 to 5 I'm free . And a question is it possible to open a bank account here as a tourist .I wana work as a freelancer.

No, you cannot open a bank account as a tourist without an Italian codice fiscale, nor can you work unless you have authorization and the corresponding freelance visa/residence permit. 

Tourism is simply for visiting!  Do that...then go home and apply the correct way to do what you want legally.
