DOCTOR PROBLEMS WITH THE CONTRACT

Post new topic

doclove

Good morning to everyone, I would need your help. As I said in other messages I signed a precontract with a hospital in Ryhad, I have been in comunicattion with the headhunters company, Ive already pass the consultant exam and I said that i could join the hospital in January. I was waiting for the final contract. The company ask me if I could join in november but I couldn't. Now I receive a message that the hospital doesn't have free vacants and I should wait until next year to see If they have a job.

Is this normal?

This event is very unconvienent for my and for my family due to I said that I was leaving in my hospital.

I would like to hear your opinions.

Best regards.

Here is the problem in most of the GCC.

An offer of employment is NOT legally binding.  It can be withdrawn at any time.

Similarly, the contract that actually matters is the contract that is in the QIWA system which you only get access to..........when you arrive here on a work visa and convert it to an Iqama.  Practically speaking, prior to the work visa being issued by the company, you are not really employed.........irrespective of what you signed.

If you search my posts, there is one advice that I ALWAYS give any person looking for a job in the GCC: DO NOT RESIGN FROM YOUR CURRENT JOB UNTIL YOU HAVE THE WORK VISA IN YOUR HAND.

Many thaks for your answer, you have been very helpful. THANK GOD I didn't resign from my current job, but I disturbed my boss and colleagues when I said that I was leaving. I also told that I was leaving to my famlily and friends and now I'll have to face a general dissapointment.

The worst part is that the indian company which contact me at the beggining now is not answering my mails, they are ghosting me 1f605.svg1f605.svg1f605.svg..

They said that I should wait to see if they have new vacancies in 2024 but I don't know if it is worth it.

Many thanks

What you described, sounds like Aster group.  Forget about them.  Not a good reputation.
