Hi, hope the holidays are going good for all, I'm looking to retire in Gozo in the next year, how strict are they on the retirement visa when it comes to renting a apartment, I think Gozo was like 850 Euro a month, I've seen some apartments that I like that are less than that, would I still qualify?

According to the official figures the minimum rental in Gozo is €729.17 per month, €8,750pa.

You can find all official details on the Maltese Tax Commissioners website and look for the Malta retirement program. (MRP)
