We are considering buying a Finca in Andalusia. It has its own well, swimming pool, oil fired central heating, air conditioning etc. We are looking for a company that could carry out a pre purchase survey and assessment of electricals, wiring, plumbing, pumps, tanks, boilers etc. etc. Does anyone know of any companies that provide this type or service ?
