Visa stamping rejection 3 times in Saudi consulate

Dear sirs,

I have applied for Saudi work visa it's getting rejected three times in a row by saying gamca not updated all the time. i checked with the medical centre everytime they are saying we updated once we give your FIT Report. agent is assigned by company itself he always helpless . i checked in ministry of foreign affairs Saudi arabia website by feeding my mofa number then it says medical certificate issued to this mofa number. still visa is not stamping even after sending screen shots all to saudi consulate. please guide me sir
