@danfinn Thx for that Dan. I think I'm worrying about nothing but like to think 1 or 2 steps ahead and have a plan b just in case, especially in the Philippines.

@militryman All that is required of the SRRV is to keep your ID card up to date. I left the Philippines 2 weeks ago and didn't have to show an ECC or any type of exit clearance and I did not pay any sort of travel tax. The lady at immigration looked at the SRRV page in my passport, asked to see my ID card to make sure it was up to date and that was all. The SRRV never expires but you do have to keep your ID card up to date and for ex-military that is $10 per year and you can renew 2 years at a time. My PRA agent offered renew the ID card for me if I send her the fee.
