Contract matters

Hello fellow members , i got my way to this forum finding answer to my question how i can ammend my working contract in qiwa.

My initial contract with my new employer commenced last Oct 6 2022,

We agreed that he give me 3000SR monthly salary.

He asked me if it's ok for me that he put 1500SR in our contract to lessen his burden of additional costs mandated by the labor regulations which i agreed only for the 1st year period, and the renewal should be corrected later on.

Until comes Oct 7 2023 when my work is so busy and missed to talk to him about my contract renewal.

Just 2 days ago when i remembered to check it in qiwa platform only to find out it was indeed renewed bearing the same details, i am also wondering how it got renewed without me receiving any notification to my linked mobile number.

I want to ammend it to correct the terms but idk if it is possible to this day.

Anyone here who has knowledge about my concern please kindly share your comments.
