Hi, Do you know anything about the UK state pension.
I am 66 and recently got the UK state pension but I don't get a full pension as I only have 24 years contributions, and I need 35 to get a full pension.
I am paid up from 2006 to 2023 plus other years before 2006.
I had "purchased 10 missing years contributions" to make up the 24 but I would like to know if there is a way I could "purchase" more, either those before 2006 or ahead (2024 onwards).
I've heard conflicting stories but no one has shown me or told me 100% how to do it or indeed if it can be done.
I now live in Rep of Ireland.
If you don't know, could you forward it to someone who may know.
Many thanks,
Steve
