Hello everyone, i'm Zakeeyah. I'm 26 y/o 🙂

I come from Mauritius and have always lived here. I'm currently seeking jobs (I have a University degree and wishing to make use of it)  and planning to move to England (in hopes to have some help to do so)

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

First of, check our Jobs section at the top of this screen.  If that brings you nowhere, then to get a decent job anywhere, you need 4 things:

  1. Relevant experience
  2. Relevant qualifications
  3. Speak the local language
  4. Luck

You do the maths and work out your chances.

My advice at this stage is to join something like LinkedIn and reach out to your peers in all the countries where you tick the most boxes and ask them who is hiring and where.  You can then work out the visa requirements and if you can afford to live in this country.

I hope this helps.

Hi everyone, Daniel here. I'm a South African living in London. I've been here for about 2 years. Winters are still tough, but I'm starting to acclimatize now. Happily married, work in finance, coffee-holic and love chocolate. My interests are travel, tech and real estate!
