Hello and welcome !

I hope Gozo will meet all your expectations.

I would suggest that you open a new thread on the Malta forum to post some open questions so that members living there can provide some feedbacks.

All the best

Hello to all!  My husband and I will retire to Gozo in late 2024 with our residency being approved in early 2025.
We love the outdoors, walking and photography.  We are moving from the US from a similar desert climate.  The lack of humidity was bad for my husband, so we think that a similar climate but with humidity should be just right for us.

We recently visited Malta and viewed several rental properties in Gozo.  We are looking for a quiet and slow pace for our retirement.

We had thought we would retire in Costa Rica, until recently.  We found out that the CR government had invited the Mexican drug cartels to provide security to CR in exchange for free use of their ports!  CR is also now aligned with United Arab Emirates.  Too dangerous now, so our research led us to Malta.

We are working with John Huber and Associates for our residency applications.   Any suggestions from the group as to what to ask and what not to forget would be much appreciated.

We will review the information provided on your website, and we are thankful for this forum.

Welcome to the forum. As you mentioned Gozo I recommend you have a look at the website of Sunblessed Horizons. These properties are located in Xlendi.

Good luck with your venture. If you have any questions please let me know it.

Thank you!

I would not recommend Xlendi to anyone.

Israelunuebho

My name is Israel Unuebho from Nigeria. I want to study my Master's degree programme in Forensic Biology at European Forensic Institute (EFI) in Malta.

I have submitted my application and my Qualification Statement is under verification with the MQRIC Appeal Board. Up to about a month ago I have not heard from them (MQRIC Appeal Board).

Please I need someone to assist me on this VERIFICATION PROCESS. Thank you for your time consideration.
