Advices to find a job in Singapore?

hello guys,
im from outside Singapore, and i cudnt stand my country nowadays. Traffic jam si very bad, pollution and everything. And seems Singapore is a suitable country for me now.
the problem is, i want to try another major of jobs, because my former job and previous jobs doesnt suit my passion.
The question is, is it too soon for going abroad ? or shud i gain some experience first in my country? n..... do u know how to find jobs in Singapore ? because i recently send some applications but still, no response
