Hello Expatriate Community,

I'm Bleona Hisenaj, a bachelor's student in Germany. I'm conducting research on the repatriation experiences of expats who have returned from Germany or even to Germany, focusing on reverse culture shock and organizational support. The goal is to gather insights that could help organizations enhance their support systems for both current and future expatriates.

I am inviting you to share your journey in a brief online interview, lasting just 5-10 minutes. Your participation could play a pivotal role in shaping better support for expatriates.

Your responses will remain confidential and will be used exclusively for academic research.

If you're interested or have any questions, please reach out to me at [link moderated]. Your experience is incredibly valuable to this research.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a difference!

Best regards,

Bleona Hisenaj
