@renegadesric529   Just go the official government website https://pra.gov.ph/srrv/. Hopefully you'll the answers that you are looking for. The PRA (Philippine Retirement Agency) also allows or legitimate affiliates or "accredited marketers" as they call it, which you can also be verified from their website. These Accredited Marketers can help you facilitate and guide you with the process. The good thing is, you do not have to pay the consulting agency but you have to pay the required  fees and deposits (to the Philippine Government)  should you pursue it. These marketers/consulting agencies do get paid by the government agency (PRA) once your visa is approved. At least this is how it was explained to me with the agency I consulted with. If you want you can check out this agency,  SRRV Visa Consultancy. Look it up up on google and read their reviews. They will not charge for asking questions. I can say they are on top of their game and pretty organized. Nope, I'm not affiliated with them at all. Hope this help.
