My current has been deducting my salary for 6months straight both with reasons that are not worth it, the cancel my off days for months without paying which we have right to 4 days off a month according to the contract rather he finds a reason not to pay, i have worked for 6months and 2weeks now out of my 1year contract and i cant continue i wrote a resignation letter to the postal office and also sent by boss and the manager the soft copy on the 18th of Dec which i have to stop on 18th jan but my boss rejected the letter from post office and was threatening me to send me back to my country or make me case and he didnt bring me here please what can i do to about this and currently i have a better offer outside since i have been working for him i cant save money or even help my family back home

I keep telling you, read the link I pasted and then file a labor case. There is no crime it you are on his visa.
@XTang sir does it mean he can actually send me back to my country because i want to resign?

3) He can cancel your visa. After which you have 30 days to find a new job or to leave.
I will tell you one last time, you need to file a labor case or get a lawyer. There is no other solution as you are not willing to read anything I wrote or to do your own research.
