Hi all,

What do you think about the means of transportation in Saint Petersburg ?

Is the network of means of transportation well developed?
What modes of transport are available?

Do you use them?

How much is a fare?

Are they relatively safe?

What is the mean of transportation you use the most in Saint Petersburg?

Thanks in advance for participating!

I would say that underground is one of the most efficient means - in terms of no jams. Bu tof coursem consider rush hours, when there are a lot of people and you can hardly get in the train.. but it happens almost everywherу in the world.

Unfortunately, the underground is not as developed as in Moscow, meaning that there are some parts of the city, that are not yet covered.
Buses and trolleybuses - can be.. Trams are good, but sometimes slow, because of the car-drivers, who mess on the lanes or stop on the tram's way.
Puplic taxies - marschrytka's are available - and can be a good solution , but just be aware of your safety - as the drives are crzy and they do not follow athe rules. be sure you can hold on to something during the ride
