Hi, I will be moving to Tunisia soon, does anyone have any experience of finding an English speaking doctors surgery/private cover and how I can transfer my existing repeat prescriptions from the UK so I can still have the same medication?

@laterensis I don't think so. Maybe you will find a different medicine here. Better bring it with you or do something like that.
