bfd in Deutschland

Edwigeluna

Hello, I am new here  1f60a.svg from Madagascar.

I want to make a vouluntary service bfd, but I have many questions :

  • If we want to apply, what month is it? Do we have to anticipate because I was told that the start of the school year is there and we need to apply in advance.
  • Is there special recruitment days or months there or if we want to apply spontaneously we can always do so?
  • If we want to do BFD in kindergarten, do we have to have certificates which prove that we have already done training related to this or do they accept beginners?

Thanks in advance,

beppi

@Edwigeluna Everything is explaind very well on the following page:

www.bundesfreiwilligendienst.de

(the button "Leichte Sprache" changes it to beginners' level German, which you need to do the jobs)

Just to prevent any wrong expectations: BFD is not paid well - you will need more than the small pocket money the volunteers get, so bring sufficient savings! You must also finance your trip to Geermany and back, plus the required work visa, from your own pocket.
