Hello all. I need help. I am moving to Bangkok from Scotland in August for work on a 2-year contract. My visa is all taken care of via my employer. What's the best way to get a visa for my husband? We don't have the 800k Baht for the retirement option, visa runs are too risky, he's self-employed in UK currently, and the elite option is not an option. He doesn't have a degree.

Any help much appreciated.

Same sex marriages are not eligible for a spouse visa.

Given your information a ED education visa is the option to go.
