Hi all..we are looking at retiring to Spain in the very near future.Unfortunately i picked up a conviction in 2019 for a football banning order (now spent) i know this will appear on my police acro,so was wondering if it will show no live trace & what will be the chances of getting a NLV with this.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated

I'd say it's hard to predict, and it's probably best to submit your application and see what happens.

I think you can do a subject access request so that you have official info about your offence, if the consular officer spots No Live Trace and asks.
