Hi i'm a mauritian and my fiancee is a nigerian. He comes here on a tourist visa and now he is overstay.

What kind of documents should we bring to the immigration or what can we do to get married in mauritius please? Really urgent i need help

@Cheryl he is overstay like 2 years and a half..

Do you think he can stay here for like 5 years without travelling and working investing like us to ask for a citizenship later???
