Terminating employment contract in 2024

Can someone help or guide me, i have joined the current company in 08/2013, and as per my signed contract it is going to expire in 04/2024 but in Qiwa it is showing expiry as 08/2025 (due to auto renewal).I have terminated the contract and served 60 days notice period but my employer doesn't want me to leave and saying that he will not give me any EOSB.

As per Labor law (article 55) if i worked for more than 4 years then my contract will become indefinite and i have to serve 60 days as notice period and get all my EOSB as per article 75
