Hi all,

What do you think about the means of transportation in Davao ?

Is the network of means of transportation well developed?
What modes of transport are available?

Do you use them?

How much is a fare?

Are they relatively safe?

What is the mean of transportation you use the most in Davao?

Thanks in advance for participating!

Hi Armand,

I live in Davao City.
There is no railroad tranportation but there's land transportation, Wind transportation and sea transportation.

Land Transportation:
the means for land transportation are jeepneys, taxis, buses and motorcycles.

I choose jeepney when I commute becaue it is the cheapest and it cost me 7pesos as a student passenger and 8 pesos for regular ones

taxi is expensive for me.

Mostly it's 4-lane highway, 2 lanes each direction. The city have good traffic facilities.

Wind transportation is by the means of airplane. The cheapest is Cebu Pacific I guess and the airport located at Buhangin Davao City

Sea transportation is by the means of port and the famous is from Davao to Samal Island!
