QVP and SCE Process Time

Hi,

I applied for degree verification in SCE almost 50 days back and paid 500 riyal as well. But till now no update. I applied to SCE from outside ksa. While I am waiting for SCE approval, I got my ksa entry visa. Should I travel to ksa before SCE approval or should I wait. KSA employer is asking to join immediately. What should I do guys. Please help. Generally how many days will it take to get SCE approval if applied from outside ksa.

I did not get any mail or message to pay another 200 riyal for membership. I believe first degree verification has to be approved and later only we will get notification to pay for membership. Kindly correct if I am wrong.

I think you should talk with your employer regarding SCE. I know one of my colleague has entered KSA and then did SCE but bear in mind that it was before 2 years. From where you are planning to travel? SCE in my case took 4 weeks.

You are right, you will be asked to pay the 250 SAR only after degree verification to proceed with getting the membership.

Yes. I had registered with SCE and attached the payment invoice (500 SAR) and my SCE dashboard picture  (To confirm that i have already registered) to Tasheer along with other required documents for visa processing. After submitting the application for visa, within 2 days i received my entry visa.

I applied for entry visa through VFS without SCE getting approved and got my entry visa. Along with the other documents for visa processing, i also attached MY SCE dashboard picture and 500 riyal payment receipt (as instructed by VFS). Now I have my entry visa with me with SCE pending. Visa issued by Saudi consulate itself. So I believe, only SCE registration is sufficient to issue KSA entry visa.

You got your visa from Tasheer without getting the SCE membership certificate?
As far as I know, Tasheer won’t accept to apply for the Visa without the SCE!

can you advise if you already had your QVP certificate with you while you applied from Tasheer? And also may I ask from which country you have applied and when have you applied. Appreciate the response.

I had applied for QVP, SCE & visa from dubai. I applied for both QVP & SCE on same day. QVP got approved within 1 week. SCE took almost 50+ days. After getting QVP certificate, I applied for visa. Along with QVP certificate, I had attached my SCE dashboard picture and payment invoice (500 SAR) along with my visa application.

Oh ok, I am about to apply from UAE as well but my QVP is getting delayed its 8 weeks now since I applied. I got my SCE already. Did Tasheer mentioned if QVP certificate as mandatory or QVP registration itself is sufficient to proceed with?

QVP is not mandatory. SCE will suffice the purpose.

If the university is not on the list, does this mean rejection?

My degree is attested by the Saudi council of engineers in France.

I am registering as an Architect. It's been more than 3 weeks since I first submitted the request.

Hello! I requested a QVP on May 29 and its payment is pending. I withdrew it and requested it again it's now payment cancelled. I tried requesting for the last time after I withdrew the 2nd one and it's still payment cancelled I tried 2 different cards too. I don't know what's wrong.

@Natie3024 try using a card from Saudi Arabia, if you have a friend or colleague in Saudi get their help to process your payment. Sometimes the payment work from outside Saudi and sometimes not.

Regarding your inquiry, please note that in the education step, you can search for your education institute through Google API. After typing 3 characters, search results will immediately show options to you. You will find your institute depending on how you search for it. Please note that multiple results can be displayed for the same institute. If an institute has different locations or separate colleges/departments in different locations, then they will be displayed as well. you can choose the applicable option. Additionally, for rare cases, when no results are displayed to you after searching by your institute name, you can search by the institute location within the search bar by typing the full correct name.

Hello everyone.just need some clarification with regards to QVP.i uploaded my certificates and my college was in the registered list of colleges. I made the payment and got the invoice as well. My status shows in progress in blue. But on the website when I press the bell icon it shows as pending . Does it mean that something is missing in my documents? I uploaded yesterday so ideally I should get it in 15 days ??

Please advise anyone.. really desperate . I uploaded my attested labour contract from employer as well. Best regards to all

@LittleBugger. I have Saudi culture attache stamp on my certificate but the TAHSEER still insisted that I should verify my certificate with QVP and it has been on, "progress" a while now. Any suggestion of what I can do to expedite the process?

I noticed that my occupation as a civil engineer is not listed on the QVP list of occupations or anything similar, which seems odd. Does anyone know what I should do about this?

Also, I've noticed that the SCE website has been down for several days. Is this normal?

I have applied for work visa from UAE and here is what I have followed:

1- Got the offer letter with chamber of commerce and MOFA attested. This was done by hiring company.

2- Create SCE profile and share the screenshot of my profile and invoice of fee for visa processing.

3- Create profile and upload documents on QVP and share the screenshot and invoice of QVP for visa processing.

4- Saudi mission in UAE process and issued my visa while my SCE and QVP were still in progress.

5- Enter Saudi on work visa and border number was issued. In SCE I changed my profile to border number.

6- Once iqama was issued, I again changed my SCE profile and registered on my iqama number. This is mandatory to renew your iqama.

Although, I did it from UAE but i believe the steps will remain the same.

Did anyone experienced issue with payment saying "transaction cancelled, please try again" even I already provided my card details for payment?

Can you please advise what might be the issue and how to resolve?

May I ask, i already have my SCE, but the KSA embassy required me to have QVP also.. I'am a Civil Engineer. I got thru their portal but the CE is not on the system. and as per advice from the qvp system also, my profession is not part of the verification. But how come the embassy still required it.. Do you have any suggestion please

1. My degree is already attested from Saudi Culture and Saudi Embassy back in 2011. I was Saudi Iqama holder from 2010-2013.
2. QVP and SCE approvals are mandatory for Visa Processing or only the application information for both are sufficient ?
