I'm Canadian & married to an Italian citizen and have registered residence in Sicily - but only have my permisso receipt as the visa has not been issued. I have also overstayed the 90 day free period for Canadians while waiting for the visa.
Can I travel to Singapore for essential work and be allowed entry when I return if I provide marriage certificate, residency papers and a permisso receipt?
