Russian TV and Movie channels in Bahrain

Looking for some info from some IT savvy people! We currently live in Bahrain and my wife is a Native Russian speaker and misses the movie channels from home. They are provided by nastroykino and we had a set top box in Azerbaijan. Is there any way I can get these channels here in Bahrain either by IPTV or satellite. Cost is not an issue I dont need it for free!
