deregistration of car

Hi i sold my car on invoice to another EU state but asume that car will be deregistered ex office (there is freaking comunication between EU states in theory) which didn't happend. I have both new registration documents, decision of registration of car in new state, invoice of selling the car. Looking for somebody who is dealing with all that b... and will clear my RO situation so I don't have to worry about it.
