Hi, I am not sure if it was asked already.

I am looking for the information on the tax declaration on NRE/NRO/FCNR account in India.

Since NRE (FD) account gain is not taxed in India, do you have to declare on your tax in Belgium?

What about NRO and FCNR, do you also have to declare them in Belgium tax?

Hi,

I was asked to declare it last year by my accountant. Any gain that is achieved outside Belgium needs to be declared while filing papers.

But there is a cap for it being taxed here... think its somewhere near 9** Euros a year.
