Help!!! Got duped by a travel agency

I have made partial payment for a membership m in a travel agency today. Signed a simple printed document saying its non-refundable. Its less than 24 hrs now and found out through reviews that its a fraudulent company. How do I get refund? Is there a way to get out of this? Or should a consumer complaint be filed??
